ten of ten

ok, so i have been meaning to post this. i created my top(ish) ten albums of 2010. I enjoyed this year of music very much. so they are in no particular order. I am putting the band, the album and then a song that i recommend from that album or band... oh and some of the albums might have come out previous to 2010, but this is my list so i make the rules...

.mumford & sons-sigh no more (this is a debut album and its l.o.ve.l.y.)

.sleigh bells( another awesome debut)

.black keys-brothers (this one came out in 2010, but ALL of their albums are fantastic)
.songs: "unknown brother" "i got mine" "ten cent pistol" "shes long gone" "everlasting light" "things aint like they used to be" oh the list could go on and on and on...(ok so maybe this one is #1, but don't tell the others)
.local natives-Gorilla Manor
-songs: "world news" and "airplanes"...i've had this cd for over a year, it took me a while to get into this band, but the more i listen the more i love..plus the band is from silverlake, ca--and my bff lives there.
.passion pit-manners
-songs: "little secrets" and "swimming in the flood"
.christina aguilera - "bionic"
songs: "you lost me" and "bobblehead"-love you xtina!
.matt & kim -grand
-songs:"good 'ol fashion nightmare" and "daylight"
.hanson-shout it out-LOVE THEM
-songs: "crazy beautiful" "worlds on fire" "give a little"if only" "strong enough to break" -again this is a great band.
